Our People

At AFS Bachy Soletanche our key investment is in our people. Practical, dedicated and solution-oriented, they are the key to the company’s goal of becoming a major piling player in Australia.

At AFS Bachy Soletanche, our people really are important to us, perhaps best illustrated by the four key values that we operate our business by. These values not only represent what we expect our company to be, but are also the qualities we look for in our employees:
Open to a challenge

AFS Bachy Soletanche are always looking to develop our talent, and offer extensive training plans for both formal and experience based learning.

Safety is also a key concern to us and all our Piling Supervisors and Engineers have completed Certificate IV level education in Occupational Health and Safety in order to make our worksites safer.

We have also instigated and continue to run the AFS Next Generation Leadership program. This assists in the personal development of our more recently engaged Piling Supervisors and Engineers.
